Cute but received a broken one

This is very cute, but mine came broken. On one of the adjustable straps, the fabric didn't go back through it so it was not adjustable. It was made incorrectly. There's a lot of adjustments on this one so I could see it not being for everyone. The exchanges with Cosabella take extremely long. I don't think they send out your replacement until 10 days after they receive yours, and that's after it gets to them so that can be awhile. It's very disappointing because what they sent me was not correctly made.
