Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your rib cage, directly underneath your bust, and make sure it remains parallel to the ground.

Measure in inches and round up to the nearest whole number.

Measure horizontally across the fullest part of your bust in inches (usually right at your nipples).

Keep the tape parallel to the ground. Round to the nearest whole number.

Subtract your band size from your cup size. Count each inch of difference as one cup size.
